Do you sell direct to the customer?
Yes — we are factory-direct. There is no middleman markup, which is how we keep prices competitive while maintaining premium build quality.
Can I see the trailer before I buy?
Absolutely. Visit any of our four locations (KY, OH, MS, NC) to inspect our inventory. We're happy to walk you through every detail.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock trailers can typically ship within a few business days. Custom builds vary based on specifications — contact our sales team for current lead times.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. Gatormade offers nationwide delivery through our trusted transport partners. Request a delivery quote from any product page or call us directly.
Financing
How much do I need down?
You could be approved for up to $25,000 with just $500 down through our financing partners. Final terms depend on credit profile and trailer price.
Do you offer bad-credit or no-credit financing?
Yes — our lender network includes specialty programs designed for buyers with limited or imperfect credit history. We also offer rent-to-own options.
How long does approval take?
Most decisions come back within 24 hours. Some can be processed same-day.
Warranty & Service
Are Gatormade trailers covered by warranty?
Yes. Every Gatormade trailer is covered by our limited warranty. Dexter Axles, which we use exclusively, also carry their own comprehensive warranty coverage.
How do I file a warranty claim?

Do I need to register my warranty?
Yes — please complete the warranty registration form within 30 days of taking delivery. This ensures full coverage and faster claim processing.
Custom Builds
Can you build to my specifications?
Yes. We custom-build trailers for unique applications — extended decks, specialty hitches, custom lighting, reinforced floors, and more. Contact us to start a build.
What's the minimum order for a custom?
We build single-unit customs as well as fleet orders. There is no minimum.
